Christina Wagaman Walters with Cascade Nutrition Therapy (CNT) has been helping people with their nutrition needs since 2011 in the Olympia, Washington area. Christina is the dietitian and founder of Cascade Nutrition Therapy. She is a registered dietitian with a Bachelor's degree in Food and Nutritional Sciences. She has had a variety of experience working with hospitals, medical clinics, relief work, non-profit organizations, universities and in private practice for over 10 years. Her experiences have led her to focus on this private practice where she can care for individuals in a one-on-one setting. 

Christina is passionate about helping people of all ages be healthy in mind, body and spirit. She has a passion to help people get well and live healthier lives in practical and non-extreme ways. 


Her approach to nutrition is focused on intuitive eating, where she works in helping clients listen to their natural physical cues and focusing on the individual nutrition needs. There is no one-size-fits all approach to nutrition, eating, exercise or weight loss. Cascade Nutrition Therapy is committed to work with each person on their wellness journey to help them thrive and develop a healthy relationship with food.
